   I’m going to Target tomorrow to cash in all my wonderful coupons that you told me about.. I’ll see if they have these on clearance.. I go thru alot of italian dressing in the summer time.. my family is always after me to make my Pizza salad.. yum… ty :kiss: :hug:

     Judy would you share that recipe for Pizza Salad? I would like to know what is in that sounds yummy!

       It was my Mom’s recipe…

       2 boxes of tri-colored rotini

       1 large tomato (small cubed) include the juice from the tomato.. (can’t wait to use my home grown ones)

       1 can of sliced black olives (my mom used to put in green olives too but my kids don’t like them so I omit them.. but you can add green olives also)

       brick to a brick and half of sharp cheddar cheese (small cubed)

       pepperoni (small cubed) I usually used about 3/4 of a stick for 2 lbs of pasta

       1 large bottle of Italian salad dressing (I usually use wish bone.. but you can use whatever you like)

       you can also add red peppers and onions if you like

       Basically you can add whatever and how much you like that you would usually put on a pizza (other than mushrooms.. they don’t stay good long enough)

       Its better to let set overnight to taste the best so the salad dressing is absorbed into the pasta.. .and you might have to add a bit more salad dressing.

       I always get asked to make this and its one of the easiest salads to make.. and it lasts about a week in the fridge
