JCPenney does not allow you to stack promotion codes. Try firefox instead of IE if you have issues getting order through, worked for me.

They must of changed it now. It says they are both for 20% off instead of the $10. But I did get two orders done, $70 worth of stuff for $4.40 OOP. It did take 5 hours just to do those two orders.
