Hi, I had ordered some throws for Christmas gifts and when one had the wrong billing address on my confirmation email-I called in. Also didn’t have the gift card so did that by phone as well. Then ordered more…all confirmed. When none came in, I called and was told that over 50 million orders were cancelled cuz it was only for Chadwicks and offered no apologizes or anything and even when I asked why I didn’t receive email telling me of cancellation-said this is how they chose to handle it-that we are just to call in when we don’t receive order???? So I went onto Facebook and I posted on the Chadwick site and also sent emails to them and also to the blog where I got this info-nothing from anyone? Poor customer service. Have you been able to get this resolved? I saw where one lady posted on Chadwicks and they answered and also offer something…but nothing for me-how upset…had planned on these to be gifts and now don’t have time to ship – this is the saddest part of all! I think they should stand behind it as we got confirmations and never heard anything but they think since someone posted in error- “Oh well”…still they should let the customer know they cancelled, right????
