I absolutely love your SMART START cereal for its crunchiness and flabor. But when I looked at the ingredients lable, I managed to identify no fewer than 12 types of sweetners, including sugars, malto dextrine, malt, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, dexrtrose and several mentions of just “sugar”.
How hard would it be to switch to using just STEVIA POWDER, which is said to be 40 times sweeter than sugar and has no calories?? If the entire food and beverage industry could fin its way to substituting Stevia Powder for all the sugars, we might not have an overweight problem for the entire population in time. I am no expert in food engineering but I have been using stevia powder in my morning coffee for years and never use sugar, even in baking bread and rising yeast. But I expect the sugar lobby is enormously powerful even today in the 21st Century.
I don’t mean to be critical but how about considering the feasability? Sincerely P.G. Weil.
