I have been checking prices for the Whiskas and I have seen them for $4.49 at the grocery store and over at Target I have seen them priced for $3.99 –  both for the 3.3lb. bag.  This coupon will be good for the Kmart doubles – I will check out Kmarts price and post as soon as I get a price.
