Actually the $15.99 is for the dvd. Target didn’t list there price on the ad, it just says LOW PRICE for the bluray combo which sucks since I have to go instore to actually see what the price is. So it could be anywhere from $19.99-$24.99. Target will still be the best price after using both coupons.
