   i got my items in the mail and i did not get the flat iron or the bag when i called they said i did not qualify so they didnt send them anyone else with this problem

     Hi Gina,

     Same thing happened to me, when I called they were going to replace the flat iron with a different model and ship it out.

     As far as the cosmetic bag, they told me to take the packing slip, 3 Glossing Polish and CC to Sally Store and return them. Then rebuy the same items to get the bag. You should call sally’s to make sure they have the bags in stock.
